Few tricks for people who get demoralized

There are some things we do or think about that can affect us in a negative way. We stop thinking about the positive things that might happen because we are concentrated on the negative ones.

We will now try to explain you some things, just to let you know when you are doing something wrong.
For example you have people who are not doing anything when it comes to their goals and dreams. And even though it doesn’t look like giving up, it actually is giving up.
It means that you have chosen your past, not your future or present and that you have forgotten about your dreams. 

You are constantly thinking about those bad things that happened to you, and you forget about potentially good things that might happen.
Then we have people who are like masochists because they keep on reliving bad moments and hurt in their life.
Don’t do this to yourself. Let it go, because if you don’t you will not be able to move on and do something about your life. Show the world that you are bigger than your problems and that no matter what happens you will learn from anything that hurt you.

When it comes to promises, don’t think about others only. Think about yourself too. Keep the promise you gave to yourself, because only then you will be able to see how good it is when you have respect for yourself.

No matter how big or small that promise is, don’t forget about it and believe in yourself, because if others can, so can you.
