How many people have problems at work, at home or simply said in life? The answer is everybody. Problems aren’t something that you cannot solve, they are just a challenge. You don’t need help or something else to solve them. You need energy. One of the best ways to ‘’harvest,’’ energy is day dreaming. Maybe it sounds childish, but many of you probably do this already. In fact, I believe that almost every person does this. Just, lie down, relax and enjoy. You can listen to the music as well.

But why daydreaming is so important? It helps you manage stress and it can give you hope. You may wonder how children are so happy. Maybe it is because they don’t have problems. Actually they have, but they go home, relax and imagine themselves at some other place, surrounded by things and people they like. This is a useful trick that you can use. You probably had some moments when you feel powerful and capable of doing anything you want. This means you have an energy. When you are daydreaming, you place yourself in situations where you are strong, independent and happy. This simulates your energy. When you stop day dreaming, you will transfer that energy to the reality.

Don’t think that this is some funny or weird way to feel better. Every way that can help you and make you a happier person is a good way. In this world, you must be who you are, but in your world, you can be who you want to be. Connecting these two worlds will give you hope and motivation. Two things you need most.
