Everyone experienced ups and downs during their lifetime, because that’s what life is. Sometimes like a fairy-tale and sometimes like a living hell.
You have strong people who can face anything and overcome everything, because they are strong enough to do it, but then you have the “weak” ones who become depressed and simply feel like they cannot do anything.

There are some words of motivation that can lift you up. Of course they will not solve your problems, but they just might help you to get through them.
- When it comes to success you need to know that every story begins with a faith, faith in you, your plans and other things in life.
Think about the last few years of your life and what you’ve accomplished. Be proud of yourself, because even though it doesn’t seem big to you, it is. Every good thing you did in your life is something to be proud of.

So whenever you lose some faith, think about that, and you will see that you have life worth living.
- Don’t think about others and their goals. Some of them will try to discourage you because they think they cannot do it, but don’t listen to them. They are not you and you are not them.
Don’t satisfy with something small like they do, aim high and you will see how happy you will become.
- Don’t be afraid of making mistakes. You are just a human being and it is completely normal to do something wrong. 
Don’t stress about it too much. Just learn from those mistakes and try not to repeat them again.
